Assisted the Oriental Institute (OI) with increasing engagement through dynamic and accessible content like social media, virtual events and videos, interactive activities, email campaigns, and more. My efforts, and those of my team, increased our Facebook engagement by 162% and impressions by 153%, with similar growth across the rest of our social pages. During the pandemic, we even won an award from The University of Chicago for our Digital Communications in 2020. My efforts directly correlated with increased museum memberships and donations!
